I Heart Macros and F45 Farmington are sponsoring Self Defense Night, a fundraiser for Operation Underground Railroad at F45 Farmington on Wednesday, July 21st! Robyn, founder of S.A.F.E., is sharing her heroic story of fighting off the man that attacked and assaulted her and sharing ways to stay safe. Women and girls age 12 and UP are invited to participate. They’ll have hands-on learning of self-defense moves taught by certified instructors, so please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Afterward, they'll have a sweet treat for you from Twisted Sugar. The proceeds from this event will be donated to Operation Underground Railroad. an organization that works to end Child Trafficking.
